REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To register as a participant with paper presentation, please complete THE REGISTRATION FORM and return it to the Organizing Committee no later than 29 March 2024, as an e-mail attachment (in PDF format) sent to cappadocia.ehconference2024@gmail.com. You will then, in response, receive an e-mail confirming registration which you should bring with you to the conference.  Please also remember to attach to the same e-mail a digital copy of the proof of conference registration fee payment (i.e. notification email from bank, high-resolution scanned copy of bank transaction receipt) based on the fee amounts currently announced on the conference website and in this form; and a scanned copy of your graduate student ID card (if applicable for your status). The last day of conference early registration is 29 March 2024. Any registration requests thereafter will be strictly subject to the announced late registration fee which must be paid in full by the end of April 19, 2024.

Fees will be returned in full in case the non-speaking participant cannot be accepted due to lack of places.

Registration Costs

The conference fee includes the conference pack, lunch at the university cafeteria, and snacks and refreshments served during coffee breaks (20 thru 22 May).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fees will not be returned in case of nonattendance after registration.
