* 50 rooms have been optioned at the hotel until 20 April 2024. All bookings (with credit card or by funds transfer) must be completed until 20 April 2024. You can make a room reservation with the discounted prices until this date.

* Breakfast and dinner (open buffet), as well as free use of the indoor pools and the fitness center, are included in the accommodation price. All drinks and other meals are subject to extra payment.
* There is a 50% prepayment requirement for accommodation reservations.

Possible reservation requests after 20 April 2024 will be subject to different pricing and may be rejected due to non-availability of places. Gala Dinner per person: 1.000 TL / 30 Euro - To be held on 21.05.2024 (soft drinks)

Transfers (optional, organized by Emin Koçak Hotel)

Kayseri Airport Round Trip Transfer: 5.000 TL / 150 Euro

Nevşehir Airport Round Trip Transfer: 5.000 TL / 150 Euro

Nevşehir Bus Station Round Trip Transfer: 3.500 TL / 105 Euro

Important Notes:

1- 100% payment will be expected for the optional Cappadocia tour, transfers, and gala dinner for the reservations to be completed.

2- 50% prepayment for accommodation is non-refundable in case of reservation cancellation.

3- All payments can be done by transfer to the Emin Koçak Hotel’s IBAN or by credit card (for cards issued by Turkish banks only) through a secure payment system.

4- Payments by credit cards not issued by the banks in Turkey is not possible. Participants residing in countries other than Türkiye must pay by sending payments to the IBAN number to be given by Emin Koçak Hotel.
